If you want the garment returned , you can follow these steps:
1) Go to https://lifelongtrends.shipping-portal.com/rp/ and enter the email with which you placed the order.
The clothes you have purchased will appear there.
2) In the returns portal, select the item you want to return and complete the indicated steps.
3) A shipping label will be generated. It is important that you save this label to show it at the Post Office. It is not necessary to print the label, although you can do so if you want to speed up the process at Correos.
4) Prepare the garment to take to the office. DO NOT use the Correos Express bag that arrived to you, since returns are made with normal Correos (they are different companies). What you can do is turn over the bag that arrived to you. If not, use other packaging you have. Returns of garments that are only covered with the transparent bag that reaches the customer are NOT accepted.
5) Take the package to the Post Office (normal Post Office, not Express) and deliver it there. You won't have to pay anything . You can go to any Post Office, regardless of which one you get in the return process.
Now you simply have to wait for it to arrive and we will refund the total amount you spent. Once we make the refund, it may take up to 5 business days to reach the account, depending on the bank.
If you want a size change:
Exchanges of vintage garments will not be accepted under any circumstances. Changes are free and the client will not have to pay anything at any time during the process.
To make an exchange, it will be essential that the garment delivered is in the same condition in which it arrived.
This implies that the garment must be unused and free of odors and stains, and include the packaging elements that were received (labels, shipping bag...). The stickers do not need to be included in the package.
In order to make a change, it will be necessary to contact us through firstname.lastname@example.org and tell us what change you want to make (example: my order number is LT1230 and I would like to deliver the size L and receive the M). It is very important to indicate both the order number and the sizes you want to exchange, in order to speed up the process.
It is normal for the process to take a couple of business days from when the customer requests the change, but all the necessary information will be provided through Correos Express tracking.
