RETURN POLICY
YOU HAVE 14 DAYS TO MAKE A RETURN SINCE YOU RECEIVE YOUR ORDER.
THE PRODUCT MUST BE IN THE SAME CONDITION AS WHEN YOU RECEIVED IT FOR US TO ACCEPT YOUR RETURN.
SHALL WE START?
RETURN VINTAGE CLOTHES (FROM SPAIN)
Returns are accepted within a maximum of 14 days (since the order was received) as long as the product is kept in the same condition in which it was received.*
Returns are free for:
- All orders from mainland Spain.
- Orders from the Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla of more than €40. - ZONE 1
- Orders from the Canary Islands and Portugal of more than €70. – ZONE 2
- European orders of more than €100. - ZONE 3
In the case of non-free returns, the cost will be €3.99 for ZONE 1, €6.99 for ZONE 2 and €9.99 for ZONE 3. This amount is deducted from the total paid by the customer, including shipment. (Example: A customer from the Balearic Islands who has placed an order for €33.99 and returns it will receive a refund of €30).
*In the case of garments that have received a dry cleaning treatment (like most Burberry coats), it will be mandatory that the garments go inside a box and folded, avoiding wrinkles. If we receive one of these items in poor condition, we will deduct €3.99 when making the refund.
*Returns of wholesale lots are allowed but the customer will be responsible for the cost of the shipments made.
RETURN A MYSTERY BOX
We accept returns of mystery boxes. We try to choose garments that may be liked, but we are not always right. Mystery boxes can ONLY be returned including all items, and cannot be partially returned.
We deduct €4.99 when making the refund. That is, if you paid €59 + €3.99 shipping (€62.99 in total), we will refund €58.
STEPS TO FOLLOW
1) Enter https://lifelongtrends.shipping-portal.com/rp/ and enter the email with which you made the order.
The items you have purchased will appear there.
2) In the returns portal, select the garment you want to return and complete the indicated steps.
3) A shipping label will be generated. It is important that you keep this label to show it at the Post Office. It is not necessary to print the label, although you can do it if you want to speed up the process in Correos.
4) Prepare the garment to take it to the office. DO NOT use the Correos Express bag that came to you, since the returns are with normal Correos (they are different companies). What you can do is turn the bag that came to you. If not, use another packaging you have. Returns of garments that are only covered with the transparent bag that reaches the customer are NOT accepted.
5) Take the package to the Post Office (normal Post Office, not Express) and deliver it there. You will not have to pay anything . You can go to any Post Office, regardless of the one that appears in the return process.
Now you simply have to wait for it to arrive and we will refund the total amount you spent. Once we make the refund, it may take up to 5 business days to reach the account, depending on the bank.
RETURN LIFELONG BRAND CLOTHES (FROM SPAIN)
If you want the return of the garment, you can follow these steps:
1) Enter https://lifelongtrends.shipping-portal.com/rp/ and enter the email with which you made the order.
The items you have purchased will appear there.
2) In the returns portal, select the garment you want to return and complete the indicated steps.
3) A shipping label will be generated. It is important that you keep this label to show it at the Post Office. It is not necessary to print the label, although you can do it if you want to speed up the process in Correos.

If you want a size change:
Changes of vintage garments will not be accepted under any circumstances. The changes are free and the client will not have to pay anything at any time during the process.
To make a change it will be essential that the garment delivered is in the same condition in which it arrived.
This implies that the garment must be unused and free of odors and stains, and include the packaging elements that were received (labels, shipping bag...). Stickers do not need to be included in the package.
In order to make a change, it will be necessary to contact us at clientes@lifelongtrends.com and indicate the change you want to make (example: my order number is LT1230 and I would like to deliver size L and receive size M). It is very important to indicate both the order number and the sizes that you want to exchange, in order to expedite the process.
It is normal for the process to take a couple of business days from the time the customer requests the change, but all the necessary information will be provided through Correos Express tracking.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
Returns are accepted within a maximum of 14 days (once the customer receives the order) as long as the product remains in the same condition in which it was received.
Returns are free for Portugal orders above €70 and for other European orders above €100. If you want to make a return, send us an email to clientes@lifelongtrends.com
In case your order is not eligible for free returns (amount is less than €70 for Portugal or less than €100 for other European orders) there are 2 options.
We arrange the return label for you. Send us an email at clientes@lifelongtrends.com with your order information and we will send you the label. Once we receive the product, we will make a refund of what the client paid, EXCLUDING shipping costs. It is not necessary to pay anything during the process.
The client arranges his/her own shipping label. In this case, risk is on the client. Once we receive the product, we will make a refund of what the client paid for the order, INCLUDING shipping costs.
