RETURN POLICY

YOU HAVE 14 DAYS TO MAKE A RETURN SINCE YOU RECEIVE YOUR ORDER.
THE PRODUCT MUST BE IN THE SAME CONDITION AS WHEN YOU RECEIVED IT FOR US TO ACCEPT YOUR RETURN.

SHALL WE START?

RETURN VINTAGE CLOTHES (FROM SPAIN)

*Garments purchased with the 2x1 promotion can be returned, but the return will be made exclusively in the form of a gift card.*

Returns are accepted within a maximum of 14 days (from when the order was received) as long as the product is kept in the same condition in which it was received.*

Depending on the amount of the order, you can have free returns. If not, we will deduct the shipping amount.

Returns are free for orders that have reached free shipping:

- Orders from mainland Spain of +70€.

- Orders from the Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla of more than €80.

- Orders from the Canary Islands and Portugal of more than €90.

- European orders of more than €100.

For returns of orders in which free shipping has not been achieved, we will deduct the shipping amount from the total paid by the customer. Example: A customer places an order of €30 + €3.99 shipping - total of €33.99. When making the return, we would refund €30. It is important to know that we cover the cost of return shipping, and the customer will not have to pay anything at any time.

*In the case of garments that have received dry cleaning treatment (such as most Burberry coats), it will be mandatory that the garments be placed in a box and folded, avoiding wrinkles. If we receive one of these garments in poor condition, we will deduct €3.99 when making the refund.

RETURN A MYSTERY BOX

We accept returns of mystery boxes. We try to choose garments that may be liked, but we are not always right. Mystery boxes can ONLY be returned including all items, and cannot be partially returned.

We deduct €4.99 when making the refund. That is, if you paid €59 + €3.99 shipping (€62.99 in total), we will refund €58.

STEPS TO FOLLOW

1) Go to https://lifelongtrends.shipping-portal.com/rp/ and enter the email with which you placed the order.

The clothes you have purchased will appear there.

2) In the returns portal, select the item you want to return and complete the indicated steps.

3) A shipping label will be generated. It is important that you save this label to show it at the Post Office. It is not necessary to print the label, although you can do so if you want to speed up the process at Correos.

4) Prepare the garment to take to the office. DO NOT use the Correos Express bag that arrived to you, since returns are made with normal Correos (they are different companies). What you can do is turn over the bag that arrived to you. If not, use other packaging you have. Returns of garments that are only covered with the transparent bag that reaches the customer are NOT accepted.

5) Take the package to the Post Office (normal Post Office, not Express) and deliver it there. You won't have to pay anything . You can go to any Post Office, regardless of which one you get in the return process.

Now you simply have to wait for it to arrive and we will refund the total amount you spent. Once we make the refund, it may take up to 5 business days to reach the account, depending on the bank.

RETURN LIFELONG BRAND CLOTHES (FROM SPAIN)

If you want the garment returned , you can follow these steps:

1) Go to https://lifelongtrends.shipping-portal.com/rp/ and enter the email with which you placed the order.

The clothes you have purchased will appear there.

2) In the returns portal, select the item you want to return and complete the indicated steps.

3) A shipping label will be generated. It is important that you save this label to show it at the Post Office. It is not necessary to print the label, although you can do so if you want to speed up the process at Correos.

If you want a size change:

Exchanges of vintage garments will not be accepted under any circumstances. Changes are free and the client will not have to pay anything at any time during the process.

To make an exchange, it will be essential that the garment delivered is in the same condition in which it arrived.

This implies that the garment must be unused and free of odors and stains, and include the packaging elements that were received (labels, shipping bag...). The stickers do not need to be included in the package.

In order to make a change, it will be necessary to contact us through clients@lifelongtrends.com and tell us what change you want to make (example: my order number is LT1230 and I would like to deliver the size L and receive the M). It is very important to indicate both the order number and the sizes you want to exchange, in order to speed up the process.

It is normal for the process to take a couple of business days from when the customer requests the change, but all the necessary information will be provided through Correos Express tracking.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

Returns are accepted within a maximum of 14 days (once the customer receives the order) as long as the product remains in the same condition in which it was received.

Returns are free for Portugal orders above €70 and for other European orders above €100. If you want to make a return, send us an email to clientes@lifelongtrends.com

In case your order is not eligible for free returns (amount is less than €70 for Portugal or less than €100 for other European orders) there are 2 options.

We arrange the return label for you. Send us an email at clientes@lifelongtrends.com with your order information and we will send you the label. Once we receive the product, we will make a refund of what the client paid, EXCLUDING shipping costs. It is not necessary to pay anything during the process.

The client arranges his/her own shipping label. In this case, risk is on the client. Once we receive the product, we will make a refund of what the client paid for the order, INCLUDING shipping costs.
