LIFELONG TRENDS GIVEAWAY RULES

1.- ORGANIZING COMPANY OF THE PROMOTION

The Company LIFELONG TRENDS SC with address at Calle de San Romualdo, 26, semi-basement and identified with the CIF number J-01763242 organizes the nationwide draw (hereinafter, "the Promotion"), to be developed through the Internet, exclusively for Users residing in Spain in accordance with the provisions of the participation requirements section.

2.- GENERAL DESCRIPTION

LIFELONG TRENDS SC will raffle between 12:00 and 22:00 (GMT +2) on October 6, 2021, 55 garments and 5 tickets redeemable for 12 garments each (equivalent to one garment per month for a year). Winners will be drawn randomly every 10 minutes, starting at 12:10 (GMT +2). Every 2 hours from the beginning of the draw, each of the ticket winners will be announced.

That is, each 2-hour interval will have 11 winners of a garment each and 1 winner of the ticket redeemable for a monthly garment for a year. Every 30 minutes the last 3 winners will be published.

3.- REQUIREMENTS

To be eligible to win one of the 55 garments or one of the 5 tickets:

• Those who reside in Spain and are over 14 years of age may participate.
• The Instagram profile must be real: it must not contain a false identity, according to the company's criteria and assessment.
• Participants must:

1. Follow the @lifelongtrends account on Instagram.
2. Give "like" to the publication of the draw on October 6, 2021.
3. Post one of the images from the post to the participant's story and mention the @lifelongtrends account. If you have a private account, send us a screenshot of your story.
4. Mention at least one friend in the comments of the giveaway post. Each comment counts as a participation and you can mention as many friends as you want, as long as they are not repeated.

4.- SELECTION OF WINNERS

Winners will be drawn at random using the Simpliers.com app. The winners of the garments will be published every 30 minutes. That is, 3 new winners will be published every 30 minutes. Ticket winners will be posted one by one every 2 hours.

Simpliers.com will record the comments on the sweepstakes post and randomly select the winners' comments. We will individually verify that the winners meet the aforementioned requirements. If not, another winner would be chosen at random.

LIFELONG TRENDS SC will contact the winners once the draw has finished. We may not be able to respond to Instagram direct messages during the giveaway and the day after. Once we contact the winners, they have a period of 3 days to redeem their prize. In the event that such contact does not take place within the stipulated period, another winner will be assigned.

Important : if you mention us in your story and we have NOT seen the mention, your participation IS EQUALLY VALID. We will review the mentions once the winner has emerged, to make sure they meet the stipulated requirements.

 

5.- PRIZES

In this raffle there will be two types of prizes:

1. 55 tickets of €40 each. LIFELONG TRENDS SC is a vintage clothing store. This implies that there is only one unit of each garment. For reasons of size, we cannot assure the winners that we will have the garments they want in the size they choose. That is why each winner will receive a ticket worth €40 to spend on our website. The limit to spend this ticket will be until October 31, 2021 at 23:59.

As an alternative, this €40 ticket can be exchanged for the possibility of choosing garments already available on the web with a combined value of up to €45, including shipping. In order to choose this alternative, it will be necessary to contact us by direct message from Instagram. In this message you must specify which garment(s) you want, as well as the customer's shipping address.

Note: this second alternative is only valid with garments that have been on the web for more than 24 hours.

2. 5 tickets redeemable for one garment per month for a year. As in the previous case, we consider that it is easier for both parties to give a ticket with monetary value, in order to exchange it freely. In this way, each ticket will be equivalent to €480 (€40 x 12 months) to spend at lifelongtrends.com before October 6, 2022.

LIFELONG TRENDS SC reserves the right to deactivate tickets during the first 3 hours of certain special drops.

6.- INSURED PRIZE

All draw participants will receive a 10% discount code to spend on an order on the web before October 31, 2021. To do this, it will only be necessary to subscribe to the www.lifelongtrends.com newsletter. The link to subscribe to the newsletter is at the bottom of the home page.

 

7.- PUBLICATION OF COMMENTS OR OPINIONS

Comments or opinions whose content is considered inappropriate, that are offensive, insulting or discriminatory or that could violate the rights of third parties will not be allowed. Comments against an individual that violate the principles of the right to honor, personal and family privacy and one's own image will not be allowed either. We will not be responsible for the damages caused by the comments made by the Participants in the Promotion, and that at any time could hurt the sensitivity of other Participants. Participation in this Promotion, as well as the publication of the comments made by the Participants in the publications, may not under any circumstances violate the Instagram Community Rules or the Instagram Conditions of Use. If the use of fraudulent means for participation, such as the use of bots in comments, is discovered by the Company, the prize will not be awarded to you and will remain the property of the Company.

 

8.- PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

In relation to the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2015/679) and Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights, below, we will inform you about the use of your personal information, as well as other issues that are of interest to you.

The entity responsible for the treatment, which will collect your data and process it, is LIFELONG TRENDS SC, located at Calle de San Romualdo, 26, semi-basement, 28027, Madrid, Spain. If you want to contact us by email, you can do so through the account clientes@lifelongtrends.com. The purpose of collecting and processing your data is to manage the draw.

The legitimacy of our entity to carry out the treatment of your data is the participation in the raffle, based on the consent granted through this form, the treatment of your data being essential for its execution.

Likewise, we inform you that your data will be transferred, where appropriate, to the administrations and to any person who participates in the organization of this draw, for the management and communication of the prize specified in these bases.

You should know that, by processing your personal data, in addition to the right to withdraw your consent for processing at any time, you have the following rights:

• You may request access to all your personal data that we process (right of access)
• You will have the right to rectify your data (right of rectification).
• You may request the deletion of your data when the requested service has been completed (right of cancellation).
• You will have the right to request that your personal data not be processed (right of opposition).
• You may also request the limitation of the processing of your data (right to limitation of processing).
• You will have the right to receive your personal data in electronic format, in a way that is manageable by you (right to portability).

The acceptance of the prize does not condition or impose the acquisition of any kind of additional products or services. Participants accept that LIFELONG TRENDS SC may use their name for advertising and promotional purposes.

In this draw, it will be necessary for the good end of it that the data provided by the participants are true and current, to which they commit. If the personal data is uncertain, incomplete or not updated in such a way that the identification of the participants and potential winners is impossible by reasonable means, the Organizer reserves the right to declare the draw void, being free of all responsibility in this regard. .

10.- APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These legal bases will be governed in accordance with Spanish law. The Courts and Tribunals of the Participant's city of residence will be competent to resolve any claim or controversy that may arise in relation to the validity, interpretation or compliance with these bases.

11.- ACCEPTANCE OF THE RULES

The mere fact of participating in the draw implies that the Participant fully accepts the conditions of these Legal Bases. Likewise, participation in a draw of this nature implies acceptance of the rules of the Instagram social network through which it is carried out.
